Thoughts from the AOCI CMMI ML2 Assessment

Assessment training started today, many things could have been done differently,

1. Could I have trained the ATMs in advance
2. Could we have chosen a different team

Lets see how things go this week and decide what to do next....part of the learning experience I guess


I came back to this page about 4 years and 2 months later......with a lot more information gathered over this time period

Answers :
1) Maybe,,,,,, I should have trained the ATMs in advance, not sure how it would have changed the outcome however.

2) Maybe.. again no impact on the outcomes

the CMMI ML2 was passed successfully
